Missing order

I have dropped many emails and no one have responded me back on my missing order. Can I get help please?

Never received

I placed an order on the 14th August. On the 22nd of August, I was advised that Royal Mail have been having problems losing orders and a replacement order would be sent out. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent numerous emails, but had no correspondence.

Order Never Arrived

My order never arrived, I have emailed them several times and no one has responded or helped. £40 down and still don’t have my order.
