Disappointed after years of purchasing

I have been buying skinkissed serum for years, lovely product which is perfect for my sensitive skin. However, my last order i purchased 3 bottles of serum and only received 1. Despite being told I would receive a refund for the missing 2 bottles, I still have not received this. I have sent many emails with no response. Very disappointed in skinkissed and I am now looking elsewhere for a similar product

Expense

I have used skinkissed for years but I am disappointed in the price £30 was expensive but now nearly £50 for a serum is far to much so won’t be buying anymore

Never received

I placed an order on the 14th August. On the 22nd of August, I was advised that Royal Mail have been having problems losing orders and a replacement order would be sent out. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent numerous emails, but had no correspondence.

Order Never Arrived

My order never arrived, I have emailed them several times and no one has responded or helped. £40 down and still don’t have my order.

Amazing serum

I have noticed brighter, more glowing looking skin almost immediately after applying the product.

Love the serum and face cleanser

Keeps my acnes away without drying my skin, I have a combination skin.

Great product I buy for my daughter this order had one missing but they sent a replacement really quickly so all good She loves this product
